2° is a podcast dedicated to having constructive and positive discussions around climate change and climate related policy in the U.S. 2° is a project of the New York Youth Climate Leaders which is a policy-driven coalition of youth organizations from across New York State that coordinates and empowers youth to advocate for comprehensive, equitable, and effective climate solutions. We believe there is power in state policy and that climate change is an intersectional issue that must be tackled from multiple stand points. We know that the work we do in NYS has relevance to other states in the country and we hope this podcast will inspire the same confidence in local governments as we have, as well as increasing literacy in climate change issues and legislation.
